Open your request and choose the relevant detailer from the message section. Each business has a separate conversation connected to that request. Other providers cannot read that private thread.

What messages are not
A message to a detailer is not a support ticket to Chromegreen Media Limited. Do not use it to send identity documents or unrelated sensitive information. The operator support inbox is still being configured.
