Describe scope, not just a label
Packages are not standardized between businesses. State the most important problem areas, materials, condition and any result you expect. An offer may include fewer or more services than another business’s package.
When specialist assessment matters
Deep scratches, severe stains, odours and coating preparation may require an in-person inspection. Ask the detailer what can realistically be achieved before accepting a price.
