Find the right place for questions about quote requests, accounts, businesses and the Edmonton pilot.
There is no public support email address. A private in-app reporting form is available only while an administrator explicitly confirms it is being monitored. Check the live reporting form for availability. Messages to a detailer do not reach the platform operator.
A question about an existing request
Open My Requests and select the relevant request. If a detailer has sent an offer, use that request’s private conversation to ask the detailer about scope, timing, address or payment arrangements.
Messages within a request are conversations with the participating detailer, not a customer-support ticket to DetailLink.
Platform support or business enquiries
DetailLink is operated by Chromegreen Media Limited. Use the Report a problem page to see whether monitored in-app intake is currently active. Accepted reports receive a private case number and can be tracked in the same browser.
There are no automatic support emails and the marketplace is not an emergency service. For immediate threats or emergencies, contact the appropriate local services.
Privacy and personal information
Our Privacy Policy explains the information we collect, why it is used and current limitations. A private request desk for access, correction and deletion enquiries opens only while an administrator confirms it is monitored. The underlying procedures and legal review are still being completed.
We will not publish a placeholder email address or imply that an unmonitored inbox is active.
