• Avoid harassment, pressure tactics and misleading claims about guaranteed results.
• Use private messages for clarifications and maintain professional communication.

Honour the agreed scope and schedule

Quote only on work you can reasonably perform. Propose an appointment time you can meet and communicate promptly when circumstances change.

Describe any limitations involving stains, odours, paint damage or specialist processes before the customer relies on an outcome.
