Who can leave a review?
DetailLink currently permits a customer to submit one review associated with a marketplace booking after that booking is marked completed.
This is a completed-booking requirement, not an independent inspection or guarantee that the reviewer’s statements are true.
What belongs in a review?
- Describe your own experience, the agreed service and what actually happened.
- Keep feedback specific, fair and relevant to the job.
- Do not post threats, harassment, discriminatory content, irrelevant personal data or fabricated experiences.
- Avoid publishing private addresses, phone numbers or unrelated third-party information.
How ratings appear
Public profile ratings are based on reviews recorded in the marketplace. New profiles may have no reviews. The illustrative ratings on the marketing homepage are labelled as samples and do not represent participating businesses.
Businesses cannot purchase a better rating through the current pilot.
Questions or inappropriate content
DetailLink may review reports of abuse and restrict content or accounts under its platform rules. A private report form is available only while an administrator confirms the intake is staffed; formal review appeals remain limited during the pilot.
A negative opinion alone is not necessarily a policy violation. The company does not promise removal of an honest review merely because a business disagrees with it.
