Withdraw an open request
If you have not accepted an offer, use Withdraw request on the request page. This closes the open request and its offers.
Cancel a booking
If a booking is pending or confirmed, use Cancel booking from the booking section. Give the detailer as much notice as possible and communicate any practical changes directly.
Charges and deposits
DetailLink does not process payments or refunds. Cancelling inside the platform does not automatically reverse a deposit or waive provider-specific terms. Ask the business about its policies and retain the written agreement.
