Time proposals
The detailer selects a proposed date and time in Edmonton local time. You must approve that proposal before the appointment is marked confirmed. A preferred date entered in the quote form is only a preference.
Changing a confirmed time
The detailer can propose a different time. The previous confirmed appointment remains in place until a new proposal is approved. If the proposed change is unsuitable, discuss alternatives before taking action.
Where to check updates
Open the booking status section of the request page. Email reminders are optional and may not be switched on yet, and SMS reminders and external calendar synchronization are not connected, so the dashboard is the reliable place to check current status.
