Accepting is not confirmation
When you accept an offer, DetailLink creates a pending booking associated with that business and request. The agreed service scope and quote matter, but no appointment time is automatically reserved.
Next steps
- The detailer proposes an appointment time in Edmonton local time.
- You review that proposal in your request.
- Approve the proposed time if it works.
- The booking then displays as confirmed.
- Coordinate the exact service address, site access and payment directly with the detailer.
If you need changes
Use the request-specific private message thread to clarify the job or schedule. Cancelling a booking is possible from the request page, but any separate deposit agreement with the provider must be handled directly.
